Style babes, please allow the time stated at checkout for shipping. The amount of days is counted in business days and does not include weekends/holidays. There is a 2 day processing time prior to order fulfillment. Understand that ordering during holiday seasons could cause delays in arrival date.
You are responsible for shipping and handling fees for deliverance and any accepted returns. Haus of Styles is not responsible for any shipping and handling issues such as expectant time, lost, and damaged items. If upon reception you order has been damaged or lost you must contact the shipping company.
If you receive the wrong item please contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right and will cover the shipping fees for returns/delivery of correct item.

As a small boutique, we do not accept returns or exchanges on items purchased. Please carefully review your order before completing the purchase. If you have any questions about an item, feel free to contact us before finalizing your order.

Damages and Issues
If your order is damaged or lost upon delivery, please contact the shipping company directly. We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged while in the care of the shipping handlers.
